Volunteer Terms and Conditions

These Volunteer Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the volunteer ("Volunteer") and Goa Volunteer Program ("Program"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Volunteer's participation in the volunteer program organized by the Program.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Application Process

Volunteers must complete the application form accurately and provide all required information. Submission of the application form does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

3. Acceptance and Confirmation

Volunteers will be notified of their acceptance into the program. Confirmation is subject to the availability of spaces and the completion of all required documentation.

4. Program Fee

Volunteers are required to pay the program fee as specified. The fee covers accommodation, meals, airport transfers, orientation, project visits, and other services mentioned in the program details. The fee does not cover personal expenses, travel insurance, and additional activities.

5. Payment and Refund

Payment details will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Full payment must be made within the specified timeframe. Refunds are subject to the Program's refund policy, and any bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the Volunteer.

6. Code of Conduct

Volunteers are expected to abide by a code of conduct, including respecting local customs, laws, and the rules set by the Program. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Health and Insurance

Volunteers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal belongings for the duration of the program. Volunteers are responsible for their own health and well-being during the program.

8. Changes and Cancellations

The Program reserves the right to make changes to the program itinerary, accommodation, or other arrangements. In case of cancellation by the Program, a full refund will be provided.

9. Travel Arrangements

Volunteers are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the program location. The Program can assist with information and recommendations but is not responsible for booking flights or any other travel arrangements.

10. Confidentiality

Volunteers may have access to confidential information during the program. Volunteers agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Program is conducted.

12. Indemnity Waiver I, the undersigned Volunteer, participating in the volunteer program organized by Goa Volunteer Program, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

• 1. Assumption of Risks: I am aware that participating in the volunteer program may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, and other unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

• 2. Health and Safety: I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the program. I agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the Program and understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the program.

• 3. Medical Treatment: In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize the Program to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be responsible for any associated medical expenses.

• 4. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Goa Volunteer Program, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during my participation in the program.

• 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goa Volunteer Program, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my actions or conduct during the program.

• 6. Photographs and Videos: I grant permission to Goa Volunteer Program to use photographs and videos of me taken during the program for promotional and educational purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in print, online, and in other forms of media.

• 7. Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the program and release Goa Volunteer Program from any liability for loss or damage to such belongings.

I understand that these materials may be used in print, online, and in other forms of media to promote the activities and achievements of the volunteer program. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of these materials.

I acknowledge that the photographs and videos may be used without compensation to me.

By submitting the application form, the Volunteer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
