Goa Volunteer Program's Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Goa Volunteer Program, we understand that circumstances may arise leading to the need for cancellation of your volunteer program. Please carefully read and understand our Cancellation and Refunds Policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation by the Volunteer:

• If you decide to cancel your participation in the program, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the program to be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
• The refund amount is subject to a deduction of administrative fees and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Goa Volunteer Program up to the date of cancellation.

3. Program Changes and Cancellations by Goa Volunteer Program:

• Goa Volunteer Program reserves the right to make changes to the program itinerary, accommodations, or other elements. In the event of any significant changes, volunteers will be notified promptly.
• In the rare event that Goa Volunteer Program cancels a program, volunteers will receive a full refund of the program fees paid.

4. No-Show Policy:

• Volunteers who do not arrive on the scheduled program start date without prior notification will be considered "no-show." No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

5. Late Arrivals and Early Departures:

• If a volunteer arrives late or departs early from the program, no refunds will be provided for the missed days.

6. Force Majeure:

• Goa Volunteer Program is not responsible for cancellations or changes to the program caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of our agreements with service providers.
• By submitting your application and payment for the volunteer program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
